Stock Scorer
D34/100
  • Profitability5/20

Losing money ($-176.0M over the last four reported quarters), but the top line is growing fast. Revenue over the last four reported quarters was $3.92B, up 121% from $1.77B the year before. Growth this quick earns partial credit; it still has to turn into profit.

  • Insider buying vs selling11/20

Insiders are sellers only: 1 sell worth $988,000, no open-market buys, across the last 20 Form 4s. Routine executive selling is common, so this is only a mild negative. Separately, 2 new 5%+ stake disclosures (13D/13G) hit in the last 6 months, which is big-money accumulation.

  • Dilution and offerings6/15

Share count up 4.9% in a year plus 1 offering-related filing. Real dilution. One nuance: offerings raise cash that can fund real growth. The score docks the certain near-term dilution; if the spending pays off, it shows up later in the profitability component.

Four states now publish how much announced data center demand they actually expect. All four throw out most of it.

Between December 2025 and August 2026, utilities and grid operators in four states each published their own count of how much announced data center demand they expect to serve. Seven filings, no shared method, and every one of them removes most of what it was asked for. None of the figures are new; the pattern across them is.

The Fed held rates 9 to 3. Warsh says the AI capex boom is driving up chip prices.

The Fed held the federal funds target range at 3.5% to 3.75% on July 29 in a 9 to 3 vote, with Beth Hammack, Neel Kashkari and Lorie Logan dissenting in favor of a quarter-point increase. Chairman Kevin Warsh listed the AI capex boom as one of four questions the committee debated and said it is driving up prices of memory and logic chips. The June minutes show many participants expect AI infrastructure demand to keep pressuring technology and electricity prices.

Nebius (NBIS) signed a $1 billion deal this week. Its stock is down 14% today anyway, worse than the chipmakers.

Nebius signed a $1 billion, multi-year AI compute deal with Reflection AI, and its stock is still down about 14% today. The pressure has spread well past chips: CoreWeave, crypto miners like IREN and Cipher Mining, power stocks like Talen Energy and Vistra, and now New York's data-center moratorium and a Trump-Hochul clash are all weighing on the same trade.
