Five more Nokia insiders bought shares on August 13, 2026, the latest to land on our insider tracker. That makes about a dozen Nokia insiders who have bought this year, with no selling since April, and NOK is up about 27 percent from its late-July low.

An Applied Digital (APLD) director just sold $2.34 million of stock. Four other insiders only looked like they did.
One Applied Digital director genuinely sold on August 4, and his Form 4 confirmed it on August 6: 75,000 shares for $2.34 million, an open-market sale with no 10b5-1 plan behind it. Four other insiders filed the same week and only looked like sellers, because their dispositions were tax withholding on newly vested stock, and all four finished the day owning more of the company.

ProPetro Holding (PUMP) director Larry Lawrence sold 35,831 shares. The number wasn't random. It was his exact balance from last October.
Two ProPetro insiders sold on the same afternoon. The director's 35,831 shares are the exact balance he was carrying before his restricted stock vested in May, so he sold the old block and kept the new one.

Leopold Aschenbrenner sold 11.5 million Core Scientific (CORZ) shares below the Aug. 3 low. The stock closed up 10%.

Fourteen insiders filed notices to sell stock on Tuesday. Thirteen were selling shares the company gave them. The fourteenth, a director at Aehr Test Systems, was selling 20,000 shares he bought himself at $15.50 two years ago.

CrowdStrike insiders filed to sell $196 million of CRWD since June. The CEO's sales were preplanned. The CFO's weren't.
Nine Form 144 notices since June 5 cover $195.7 million of CrowdStrike stock, and $145.3 million of it is the chief executive. His Forms 4 check the 10b5-1 box. The finance chief filed again Monday, and his do not.

Radware (RDWR) CFO bought after a 17% drop. Two colleagues sold at higher prices this year.
Guy Avidan bought $50,420 of Radware stock two days after the shares fell 17 percent. It is the only open-market purchase in the company's Form 4 record, and that record begins on April 2, 2026.

Nine Aschenbrenner stocks report earnings Aug. 4 to 6, led by SanDisk (SNDK). Nobody can say which six are still his.
